I diagnose your full suspension setup — sag, rebound, compression, spring rate, geometry — in a single session. When we can ride together in person, we do telemetry tuning on the trail until the bike is perfect. What took you years to guess, I solve in minutes.
Strength protocol built for the rider who's hit a wall — customized to your current situation, existing injuries, mobility limitations, and whatever gym access or equipment you actually own. Not a gym bro program. A system built around the demands of trail and enduro riding and the reality of your life.
Blackout room. No electronics. Tracked recovery. If your sleep environment isn't dialed, we change it — including your bed if needed. At minimum, a water-cooled sleep system (Chilipad). Most riders are sleeping 6 broken hours and wondering why they feel destroyed. We fix the foundation before we build anything on top of it.
Based on your blood work results, we identify exactly what your body actually needs — and build your supplement stack and diet protocol around that data, not guesswork. Real food. Adequate protein. Proper fueling on the bike. No complexity you won't maintain.
HRV tracking, BFR training, red light therapy, magnesium — the marginal gains most coaches ignore. I've tested all of them. You get only what works.
7-day-a-week access by text. Two calls per week, minimum. I check in, I call it out, and I make sure you are doing exactly what you said you would do. This is the part most coaches are too soft to deliver — and the part that makes everything else actually work.

I have been riding for over 40 years — track, road, cross-country, downhill, enduro. I have blown forks apart, rebuilt suspension by hand, tested more protein powders than I care to admit, tried more recovery protocols than most coaches know exist, and raced at 59 on an eBike against riders half my age. The bike is usually where it starts. But in 40 years of working with riders, I've never fixed just the bike.
I came from IT consulting, where your job is to find the root cause that doesn't match the symptoms. I applied that same diagnostic brain to bikes and bodies for 40 years — blowing forks apart and rebuilding them, testing every recovery protocol on myself, every supplement stack, every sleep system, every strength approach. If it claimed to make a rider faster, I tested it. Most of it doesn't work. The library is what's left.
I am very quick at figuring out solutions that don't match the symptoms. That's the work.
