KITWORKS Adventure Duffel
Just added the 90L to the van.
I've watched the KITWORKS system come together piece by piece — the Gear Box, the Tote, the Cubes. The duffel is the piece I'd been waiting for. A bag you throw things into is one thing. A bag you build a system inside is something else.
Post-ride is where most riders get sloppy. Gear ends up in piles. Things get lost. First aid is "around here somewhere." This is what's supposed to fix that — and I'm running it now to see if it does.
Two sizes:
60L — Day trips, single-discipline weekends, lighter loads. 25" × 13.5" × 12", 4.8 lb.
90L — Multi-day race weekends, full kit hauls, van life primary bag. 28" × 15" × 13", 5.2 lb.

The organization system:
- Internal attachment rails — add KITWORKS System Pockets, dividers, organizers, or any MOLLE/PALS compatible gear.
- External lash points for additional system pockets.
- Internal Wet+Dirty Bag pocket with attachment tabs (deploys even with pockets installed).
- Removable padded divider separates gear from clothing.
- Add more dividers as the kit grows.
Travel-ready:
- Removable backpack straps with sternum strap.
- Reinforced grab handles on all sides.
- Exterior tie-down points for roof racks, truck beds, cargo holds.
- Locking main zipper pull — secures your gear in transit.

Place for everything. Everything in its place.
First aid for road rash goes in the divider's mesh pocket — gauze, antiseptic, tape, gloves. Always there, never digging. The Wet+Dirty bag deploys from its internal pocket so muddy kit doesn't contaminate dry clothes. Compression straps lock the load down for the drive home.
