Gear Box
"A game-changing organization tool" — Men's Journal
I've lived out of a Sprinter van since 2016. I race enduro, downhill, coach clients, and haul recovery gear, sponsor kit, and a bike everywhere. The Gear Box is one of the few pieces of kit that actually keeps the chaos contained.
You spent serious money on the bike. The box hauling your gear should match.
The build:
- 75L capacity. Fits a race weekend's worth of gear with room to spare.
- Recycled 900D TPU-coated ripstop shell. RF welded. Fully waterproof.
- Honeycomb structural panels. Stack up to 250 lb on top of it.
- Collapses to under 4" when you don't need it.
- Molded foam base protects what's inside.
- Gatekeeper lock secures the lid for vehicle or air transport.
- Lifetime guarantee.
The organization system:
- Internal + external accessory rails. MOLLE compatible.
- Hook-and-loop dividers, pockets, and organizers attach anywhere.
- Lid has a loop underside — hook-backed pouches keep small stuff accessible.
- GearID patches on each side for labeling.
- Works with the full KITWORKS modular system. Configure, reconfigure, repeat.
Carry options: Reinforced side handles. Optional system straps convert it to backpack, tote, or shoulder sling.
Specs:
- External: 24" L × 17.5" W × 14.5" H
- Internal: 21" L × 16" W × 14" H
- Capacity: 75L
- Weight: 9.7 lb with lid
- Includes: Gear Box 75L + lid
- Built with post-consumer recycled fabrics
- Made in Vietnam
Why I run it:
Race weekends used to mean five duffels, three loose bags, and 20 minutes of digging at the trailhead. Now everything has a place. I open the box, grab what I need, and ride. That's the whole pitch.
