Assembly Instructions

Make sure nut is firmly against rubber plug and tighten screw at least a half turn. Insert bar end into handlebar. Hold cap in place while pushing inward. Tighten screw. Rubber will expand to fit inside handlebar. If it does not expand, proceed to next step.

2. Remove screw from nut. Apply a drop of anti-seize or grease between the screw head and RevGrips cap. This will reduce friction and allow the screw to tighten, expanding the rubber plug.

3. Repeat step 1.

Helpful hint: tighten screw to expand plug just enough to fit inside handlebar before step 1.
